Yes, you still have the Lingering Trauma.
Also, you can only have 3 Lingering Trauma at a time. This is *per track*.
This is in line with Lingering Physical Wounds (in that you can only have three). We are currently in discussion as to what happens if you take more than the allotted three. Currently, it's "nothing". You basically get to ignore any more than three. As Mark pointed out to me, this seems a bit silly.
