i'm not entirely sure where this would fit in, but i often listen to "count on me" by default when i want to get into a Divine mood...

Also works for gluttony. The only other good example for gluttony I can think of is the Cookie Monster's song.

First of all I should note that if you check out

musician who will create songs to order. He can sound a lot of
different ways. You'll have to pay him if you don't want him to go all evil genie on your request, though.

Accolade II by Symphony X would be a good faith I think. Faith's got that whole "holy warrior made of fire" vibe going on and the song is all battles and nobility and shiny armor and not wavering in the face of evil.

To answer this, I am looking for lines that can be used as headers for each of the Embodiments. It can be extended in general to other sections, but the Embodiments are where I would like to start.

I guess I should have added one important thing.

The music I want isn't just for the lyrics but for the mood that it evokes.

Cocaine, by Epic Clapton is a fine lyrical song for Gluttony, but
a) it was recorded in the late 70's
b) it does not have the right mood...unless the point of the game was to encourage burnt out 70's bikers for Gluttony.

The songs/lyrics I'm looking for need to evoke the feel of Kingdom Come. Modern, sexy, meaningful. The type of music that would be featured on the soundtrack of a kick-ass movie that gets you excited about the content of the movie.

I think burnt out 70s bikers are *perfect* representatives of Gluttony.

In fact, I have an idea for a new character...

Heh. Hurt by NIN is a song about drug addiction. Funny that you would think about it for Fortitude. But it's a good song and I already used that quote in the Trauma section. =)

I guess it's petty of me to discount a song that I personally hate, since I'm just one person, but hey...being petty and a game designer seems to go hand in hand sometimes.

I know it's kind of sappy and dorky, but on Mary's favourite Christmas cd, there is this song by Alabama called Angels Among Us. Every time I hear it, it makes me think of the "good guys," the Charity and Hope's and Faith's out there that really try to help people...(it especially makes me think of Gabe).
