The Players' Choice Award goes to Anna (who plays Shay), as she was the only one nominated. Congratulations!

Note: if you want to nominate someone for the Players' Choice Award (which translates to 1 Zeal), make sure you send an email to c3n0byte at gmail dot com with the subject field "Players Choice Nomination - [month]".

    Right.
AND a Zeal will also go to Vince (Lockwood) and to Ayla (Cat) because they were also nominated but SOMEBODY didn't put "Players Choice" in the subject field so your illustrious (and forgetful) Storyguide missed it. But I concur.

    Here's the nomination for both:
Lockwood: wow.. I mean the guy had a horrible day. Hell he even lost a social challenge to keth, thats insult to injury.
Cat: Cat went through her own special hell that night and she did a damned good job.

    So.
    *ahem*
Yes. Please be *very clear* in your subject field that the email you're sending is for Players' Choice.

I think I missed one last month too, but I forget.

What about doing the nominations in a thread on the forum. The storyteller can set a cut-off date (perhaps the same as for downtime submissions) and then just compile the list from the posts in the thread. After all, we are nominating people we feel are going above and beyond, and I, for one, would have no problem doing so publicly. It would also let people give their reasons as to what made them pause and say "wow".

    Just thinking out loud.

I like the secrecy in not knowing who nominated who each time. Usually for the "wow" moments I just use the "people who are awesome" thread. We kinda get to say it anyway for everyone and anyone there depending on their level of awesome at the last game Smile or at least the opportunity is there to do so publicly.

Though there is nothing saying that we couldnt have another thread dedicated to that (the IC moments) and then search through it ourselves for our wonderful story guide as to avoid making more work for said story guide.

I thought of the same thing, Alan, but have many people tell me they want the nominations process to remain anonymous.
