Do the rules not still specify that you return in a safe location? I know at one point, they specified you didn't necessarily return in your Domus, but in the closest safe location(thus meaning that folks couldn't "spawn camp" you, waiting in your Domus for your return to gank you again - if there was an ambush waiting, you'd return down the street, or whatever). It has been awhile since I've read that stuff though, so it is very likely such has been changed.

As a side note I thought we could all just have a moment to pay proper solemnity to the tragic mexican gasoline fights of 1931.

And here I thought Jill was referencing the equally tragic LA gasoline fight accident of 2001, when several of the rising stars of the male modeling world lost their lives.

"Rufus, Brint, and Meekus were like brothers to me. And when I say brother, I don't mean, like, an actual brother, but I mean it like the way black people use it. Which is more meaningful I think. If there is anything that this horrible tragedy can teach us, it's that a male model's life is a precious, precious commodity. Just because we have chiseled abs and stunning features, it doesn't mean that we too can't not die in a freak gasoline fight accident."

    a) The two tragic gasoline fight accidents are not mutally exclusive, I think.
    b) "gank" <snigger>
    c) I haven't come across it in the Bee Arr Bee, Wade, but I'll check in the Extended Version of the rules. It's not entirely unfamiliar, but it's also not something entirely familiar. In fact, I seem to remember one of the drawbacks of Hollow Death without having a Domus is that there's really no telling where you'll end up, period. But I'll check my sources.
