    Breakthrough-Morality Shift Empty Breakthrough-Morality Shift

I've got confirmation that yes, indeed, if you undergo a Breakthrough (ie. when you take your Mortal Traumatic Wound and have Aligned Trauma in that track, you can choose to have a Breakthrough, which is where your Morality shifts toward either Hardcore or toward Typical, depending on the type of Aligned Trauma you have in that track), all the Trauma you have in the track is "written off".

It's not really "healing"; it's undergoing a ...well, a Breakthrough, where you either realise that you've been doing Wrong Things and should be a Better Person (your Morality shifts toward Typical) or you realise that the Wrong Things you've been doing really Aren't That Bad (your Morality shifts toward Hardcore).

There are special rules for what happens if this would cause you to shift from Hardcore to Irredeemable.

If this shift would cause you to shift from Typical to Innocent, you would need to buy the Innocent Preeminence, or else the Breakthrough isn't available, and you'd have to undergo a Breakdown per normally taking Mortal Trauma.

For some reason, this has gone missing from the Trauma section, but it is supposed to be in there.

You said "all". Is there clarification if it means "all but Lingering Trauma"?

That is correct. It heals all your regular Trauma in that Track, but Lingering Trauma is not "Regular Trauma", and so has to be dealt with separately.

Thank you. I see now that you've decided to indicate only Regular Trauma is considered "all the Trauma" for the purposes of your post.

So to clarify, in the world of KC, a group of people who are kidnapped tortured and worse, all while witnessing what was happening to each other, will eventually become immoral people because of what they've witnessed?

Also, religious terrorists who commit heinous acts on an occasional basis but consistently perform acts of grace (which is usually the case with religiously motivated terrorists) are moral people?
