The downtime death thread got me thinking about a number of scenes. With Oliver's capture and death it was more narration than challenges so I didn't worry too much, but if the player wanted his character to escape, how easy would it have been to just bust the chains and run.
When Cherior was chained up I had similar thoughts. When we captured the demons, part of the reason they were just killed while unconscious was that I didn't know if it was actually possible to let them regain consciousness without another fight breaking out again.
I have some thoughts on how I would think this type of scen should work but I'm curious if the book addresses it.
