    Anatomy Empty Anatomy

    Post by Keth Wed 3 Sep 2008 - 0:42

    just a flavour question.

Say keth has to go to the doctor for some reason, bullet wound, being stabbed... etc... would the doctor himself notice anything odd (other then the fact that he is still alive) with keth's anatomy? more to the point, does being a fallen change anything physically within the bodies systems outside of increased strength in some cases?

... somehow i have a feeling i just confused the question more. I do that allot Very Happy

    Anyway, good hunting!

From what I understand, Fallen don't really *need* doctors...which is to say that it takes "a scene" for all of a Fallen's surface wounds to heal (roughly 1/2 hour); a day for each Severe wound to heal; and a week for each Mortal wound to heal.

I'm going to have to ask for help from the peanut gallery on this one, but I suspect that if a Fallen is shot as part of a downtime 'flavour' thing, you could probably *opt* to go to the hospital, and thoroughly confuse the doctors with your rapid healing powers. A Fallen's physiology is no different from a Human's, essentially...there's just more 'go juice' to keep the Body of Clay from deteriorating.

For the situation i ment if keth had been knocked out in some way and some helpfull bystander decided to take him to the hospital after recieving said wounds. But yeah, basically you answered what i wanted to know ^.^ thanks. and a thanks to anyone who happens to post after this with their own two cents.

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that Nimbus takes care of hiding any abnormalities. As I recall, it activates passively whenever humans need to be convinced to overlook something relating to how Fallen aren't human. I assume that this would cover unusual physiology (if it is unusual - I don't remember) and rapid healing.

Dan, did those two posts answer your question fully?

I have an incredibly strange habit of *thinking* I've answered a question fully and completely, and then having someone point out that I've only answered part of the question, or that I've answered some other question that they weren't even addressing.

It was a difficult time for me in University.
